Jacob Volbers
Principal / President
Summer has been with CREC since 2015 and was hired to grow the Residential Valuation Division. After completing all of her Appraisal Trainee curriculum, she proceeded to expand the residential division which resulted in the division representing approximately half of all revenues. In 2021, Summer acquired the company with specific desire in expanding the Commercial and Governmental sectors including that of the Right of Way division.
Summer leads all vision for the firm and daily management and financial responsibility of the organization.

Jacob, an Appraiser Trainee, with more than three years experience will likely be obtaining his Certified Residential License in 2025. Jacob adeptly evaluates properties across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Columbus, Greenwood, and beyond.
His meticulous analyses and market insights enhance valuation accuracy.
Jacob's commitment to excellence underscores his significant contributions to informed real estate valuation.
Karyl Cabus
Research Analyst / Document Specialist
Karyl has been with CREC since 2022 serving in the role of Document Specialist and Researcher.
Karyl specializes in the due diligence and data collection of real property. Whether it is in the form of due diligence reports, appraisals or keeping staff on schedule, Karyl is a dynamic multi-tasker and manager of high volume projects.

Right of Way Appraiser (Retired)
Clayton assists CREC's Right of Way division as special consultant. Clayton specializes in partial acquisition expertise of agricultural and residential properties.
Clayton has been in real estate for more than 45 years and offers his specialties to educate, train and contribute to CREC's growing client base. Clayton is a previous INDOT Review Appraiser
Appraiser in Training
Maddie has been with CREC since 2024 and is currently in the appraisal training program. She has completed all appraisal curriculum and preparing for licensure in Summer 2025.
Maddie is recipient of the National Merit Scholarship and attends the University of Alabama with an interest in Environmental Science.
Appraiser in Training
Corydon has been with CREC since 2023 and is currently in the appraisal training program. He is enrolled in the state appraisal curriculum and preparing for licensure in Summer 2025.
Corydon is a highly social individual with an empathetic aptitude. He enjoys learning appraisal inspection and brightens up when an owner has his dogs present.
